Timothy Colose


Timothy Colose, is a photographer based in NYC who was born and raised in the Capital District of Upstate NY. He spent most of his early life deeply involved in the fine arts and discovered photography in high school.  He studied photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and graduated with a BFA in Photography and Related Media. After undergrad he worked for the International Center of Photography and became their darkroom specialist/coordinator.  He recently graduated from SVA’s Masters in Photography and Related Media program.  Working in color and black and white film portraits, he is mainly influenced by Paolo Roversi & Peter Lindbergh.
